Restorative Techniques believes self-care is the foundation for a thriving life. Our medical massage therapy practice and practitioners offer a variety of services and techniques. Medical massage, deep tissue and acupressure are just some of the massage-bodywork techniques used to address pain and restore function. We also specialize in trauma-grief recovery work. CranioSacral Therapy is coupled with somatic tools; breathwork, guided imagery and dialogue, to help recalibrate the body, reduce stress and improve sleep.

For over 18 years, I have been a dedicated guide to the path of well-being. I have served as a practitioner, trainer, and industry business consultant. Drawing on my innate ability to connect with clients on a deeper level, my passion lies in intuitively crafting personalized treatments that address your physical, mental and emotional needs.
CranioSacral Therapy, a gentle yet powerful modality that facilitates the body's natural healing processes, is my cornerstone. By combining this technique with my comprehensive understanding of the body and medical-therapeutic massage techniques, I've helped clients overcome trauma, manage chronic pain and stress and find relief from injuries. I facilitate the healing that is meant for you.
My nurturing touch extends to a diverse clientele; active or sedentary, pre-natal/post-partum, presurgical or post recovery. My expertise also encompasses Medical, Swedish, Shiatsu, Stretching, SomatoEmotional Release and Manual Lymph Drainage techniques.

Rates for Individual Sessions start at $150. (Initial visits are 90 minutes and start at $190)

Please note: There is a minimum one-year commitment for the monthly membership program.
We accept Zelle and all major credit cards. (credit card fees apply) A credit card is required to sign up for a membership.

Our Policy…
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To be respectful of our therapists' time and ensure others have access to appointments, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule requests.
Cancellations
24 hours or more notice: We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee in this instance. You can reschedule your appointment for another time that works for you.
Less than 24 hours notice: We require a cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled service fee. Please note, all cancellation fees are non-refundable.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment entirely (no call, no show), you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service fee. To reschedule after a no show, we require advance payment of the full scheduled service fee and the cancellation fee where applicable. Please note, all fees associated with no shows are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can arise. In extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
